Celsius to Fahrenheit

I don't plan on memorizing this chart, but I plan on keeping it handy when I am in the states because a 23 degrees day is not so nice (negative 28 degrees Celsius). Haha.

    23 isn't QUITE that bad :p it's -5 according to your chart :P
